· Set up and operate CNC machines, specifically using the available resources · Interpret Computer-aided Design (CAD) Drawings to understand machining requirements along with Process sheets. · Program and adjust machine settings to optimize performance. · Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure their proper functioning with Available Machine Daily Checklist · Measure, examine, and meticulously test completed units to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications, utilizing precision instruments like calipers and micrometers, Bore – gauges Etc… · In process Inspection to be carried out produced parts if necessary · Maintain a clean, organized workspace, and strictly adhere to safety guidelines and protocols · Selecting and installing the appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and work holding devices with safe and secure · Loading raw materials and workpieces onto the machine and securing them in place. · Writing and editing CNC programs to control the machine's movements and operations. · Monitoring the machining process for quality control, adjusting as needed. Position: Sales Coordinator Cum Inside Sales o Experience: 2+ years of sales experience o Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday) o Shift Timing: 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM o Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Sales Support and Coordination Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and managing communications. Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations for prospective clients. Coordinate the sales team’s calendar and follow up on client meetings, ensuring timely communication and actions. Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate and current information. Inside Sales Activities Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing clients to promote products and services. Qualify leads generated through google and convert them into sales opportunities. Respond to inbound inquiries through email & WhatsApp, providing information about products, pricing, and availability. Prepare and send quotations, follow up on proposals, and close sales deals. Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers by identifying their needs and suggesting relevant solutions. Order Processing and Management Process and manage sales orders, ensuring that they are entered accurately into the system and fulfilled on time. Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to track orders and ensure timely delivery to customers. Address any issues related to order fulfilment, such as product availability or shipping delays, and communicate with customers accordingly. Ensure that all documentation related to sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes is properly maintained. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their main point of contact for all sales-related inquiries. Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Conduct regular check-ins with existing customers to understand their ongoing needs and identify opportunities for additional sales. Sales Reporting and Analysis Prepare and distribute regular sales reports to the sales team and management, highlighting key metrics such as sales performance, order status, and lead conversion rates. Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in sales strategies. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including calls made, leads generated, and deals closed. Assist the sales manager in forecasting sales targets and planning sales activities. Team Collaboration and Communication Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and customer requirements. Participate in sales meetings, providing updates on inside sales activities and customer feedback. Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and events aimed at generating new leads. Assist in training and mentoring new sales team members as required. Compliance and Best Practices Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. Continuously update knowledge of the company’s products and services, as well as industry trends and market conditions. Implement best practices in sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection regulations. Qualifications: Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Experience : 3-5 years of experience in sales coordination and inside sales roles. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service. Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and team members. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
